wE DO THIS BY STARTING WITH EDUCATION ABOUT REGULATING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. neRVOUS SYSTEM regulation is the fundamental tool NEEDED FOR HEALING, RESTORING, and becoming a self aware. bY DOING SO, WE ARE GIVING EVERYONE WE MEET THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF THEMSELVES, AND A  BRIGHTER LIGHT to everyone IN THEIR COMMUNITY.  Regulation is a basic human skill and need that is often overlooked and so desperately needed in our society. 

We guide individuals from every walk of life—especially those navigating trauma, adversity, and life transitions—back to themselves through yoga, mindfulness, somatic exercises, art, journaling, music, animal-assisted experiences, and nature-based programs.

the incarcerated, the elderly, the recovering, the stay at home moms, the youth, the underserved, the forgotten, the ones who feel like they don't belong anywhere - we serve anyone with a soul that needs help finding the light inside again.
